2D transport ankersystemen

Het 2D systeem is een systeem om prefab betonelementen te transporteren. De 2D ankers staan ook bekend als plaat- of stripankers. Met behulp van de kunststof uitsparingsbollen worden de ankers aan de bekisting gemonteerd. Het 2D systeem wordt meestal gekozen bij dunne elementen en/of wanneer elementen gekanteld moeten worden. Na het storten van het prefab element, kunnen de bollen verwijderd worden en kan het element gemakkelijk en veilig worden getransporteerd met behulp van de Terwa hijshaken.

De hijshaken zijn voorzien van een individueel certificaat. Als basis voor het ontwerp geldt een vijfvoudige veiligheidsfactor tot breuk en iedere hijshaak wordt met een drievoudige veiligheidsfactor getest. Om de kwaliteit van de ankers te kunnen waarborgen, zijn van alle ankers materiaal- en testcertificaten aanwezig. . De kunststof  uitsparingsbollen kunnen uiteraard meerdere malen gebruikt worden.

Voor alle verschillende toepassingen kan Terwa een anker leveren. Deze verschillende typen zijn leverbaar geschikt voor tonnages van 0,7 tot 26 ton.
